A Political Science graduate, an ardent foodie and a Behaviour-change Trainer, Surajit loves live audience interaction. In 2000 he joined a young brigade to set up the Shell business at a JWT Associate Agency in an alien country. Back in India, his creative team popularized KFC in Jalandhar and created a non-IT client base at Solutions Publicis. Then in JWT Delhi, he crafted a campus raid to promote Nokia Mobile Money. Afterwards, in Bates CHI & Sercon he designed Intelligent Activation and Digital experiences for Dell, Colgate, Clove Dental and a Talking Bottle for Seagram’s.
Now social media video is his canvas and user insights are his colours. Let’s get rolling.

Tripesh has shot, composed and edited most of his career around audio-visual production. He has been perfecting his video story telling skills for over 15 years. He has a keen eye for the new-age digital communication to create engaging conversation.

Prior to setting up Creative Factor he was working as VP New Business Strategy and Creative Digitas- A Publicis Group Company He have an experience of more than 18 years in the arena of Creative and Strategy for integrated marketing programs and communication design such as direct marketing, events, promotions, digital, television, visual merchandising and retail. Have worked with brands like Intel, HP, Apple, IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, Adidas, Britannia, Reliance Digital Retail and more.
